You are directly authorised, or an appointed representative of an FCA-authorised firm. We verify your reference on the register before you go live.

Your permissions cover the advice you would give through Homecue: regulated mortgage contracts, and consumer buy-to-let where relevant.
Professional indemnity cover
Current PI insurance appropriate to your firm and the advice you provide.
